Akali over nerfed

Akali was a strong pick when played correctly. Her early game was bad but survivable, What ended the awful early game was her ult. It allowed her to gap-close effectively and match up against other champions. However her Q is the main source of her damage, her ult merely allows her to gap-close and proc it. in the most recent patch her ults range was reduced by 100, and her E ceased to proc her Q. She may have needed a little work so she couldn't didn't sustain as much, or something along those lines, but taking away part of her most critical attribute (her gap-close) was simply not necessary. Making her E not proc her Q made escaping before Akali was able to proc it easier. It also weakened her early game as it made it even more difficult to proc her Q and trade. These nerfs affect Akali far more than was Necessary. I propose we remove the most recent nerfs and lower the ratio at which she gains sustain. This will prevent lane domination after level 6 but still allow Akali to execute the excellent plays that she had the potential to make.
