So is zac and olaf actually going to get a proper nerf to their ridiculous base damage?

Why Zac dosent even have a high Base dmg and Olaf may or may not get a nerf the reason being is because Olaf needs to get close in order to deal dmg if he just gets deleted by the enemy team hes done for. Zac got a quality of life change meaning its not a nerf or a buff now you can see where he lands

I kind of agree that they need nerfs but I wouldn't hit their damage.

I am not a developer but for these two I'd hit their base MS.... and in Zac's case, slightly increase the cooldown of elastic slingshot.

I want Zac nerfed so I can play him again. It seriously feels like his banrate is over 50% in diamond... I had no problem playing Zac daily for the last 3 years, but this past month has had so many zac bans I find myself losing interest in League...
