Buffing and Nerfing
Would everyone rather Riot nerf the strong champs instead of buffing the weak champs. Buffing only makes others be as broken as the already broken champs.

Buffing weaker champs is healthier than nerfing strong champs cause they will always be broken due to their kit being too good. So buff weaker champs so they can compete.
