Hi there,
I play a lot of mid/bot as my main roles myself.
for mid lane: laning phase will be pretty much be dictated by bot or top lane and will tell you where to cs. You will ideally switch with the WINNING lane, as they will have the gold/level advantage to pressure elsewhere.
if bot lane wins: they should be rotating to your lane for pressure, you in turn will switch to bot. Youll still have dragon control regardless - at this point youll aggressively ward their side to prevent steals/contest. OR- you can stay mid, drop the tower quickly and move about.
if top lane wins: youll stay mid, and ask your jungler/top to go rift, so they can drop it mid for you, then you can all go dragon/bot to secure the final tower.
if your bot loses: you can still switch with bot, you're probably safer by yourself then the duo, if you play utility/dashes etc.
if your top loses: they will probably stay top, but try and help them with the jungler present, then pressure your lane again.
