Is it possible to have the effect of the active item cdr runes show on the actual items or somewhere on the screen?

It should be displayed in your Rune stats that you can expand next to your champion portrait.
I think the actual CD with reduction doesn't display on the items themselfes, they shoud add that to make the item tooltips show the actual CD with all item CD reductions.
