I really like what Riot has done with Fiora's kit, but there is one thing that left me bugging.
Why an AoE heal on her ult? What does that have to do with a duelist? Duelist are not supportive caracters by nature, they are the opposite actualy. They focus on their individual skill to win fights.
So why an AoE Heal? Why not heal herself only with maybe an AD/Movement Speed steroid? I don't get it.
AOE heal is something that 
should get, for he inspires others to fight. Yet, Riot doesn't do this because they want Aatrox to be more focussed on Dueling. Instead, let's give it to the grand duelist.
To me her kit looks like she is going to be annoying in lane, but then fall off in teamfights. Her old ult was great for getting that big slice of the enmey teams health, but to make her ult have a single target focus and make her move around that person? its like riot is throwing out how many champs cann just CC her at the start of her ult, or even get the person away.
All in all I think they made a far LESS aggressive champion that relies far MORE on the enemy being stupid. I don't like that.
Someone on Reddit actually explained it in a way that made some sense to me.
It is the idea of applause/victory reward at the end of a duel that you have won.
Why? Because Riot loves destroying champion playstyles for some reason. They get the money off of the people who enjoyed the champion, and then they get money again off people who think the new one looks good. Riot gets to double dip because now, in their infinite player-centered company schtick, they no longer offer refunds for champions who have been destroyed in kit remakes.
Excuse? "Too many people were doing it" because they hated having their champion destroyed.
If Fiora was a jungler or a support, her new ult would have been awesome. If she's a roaming mid, it'd also be decent. She's not any of those things.
Riot just wasted a perfectly good ult on someone in the wrong lane to use it properly.
Cuz its not just any challenge. Its the GRAND challenge.
Riot is doing this so Fiora is useful if she gets behind or after she's focuses someone down in teamfights. I like it, if Fiora falls behind she can still be a threat in the game and not just free kills like she is now if she does some how fall behind.
Her new ult looks like it belongs on Aatrox more than her theme-wise.
I agree... To be honest I was okay with everything until I see her E and R. Why E can't crit the first hit?.. And why does it have to be 2 hits rather than the old E? Her R is what really makes Fiora FIORA 
. But she lower down to a hit around you Heal champ? come on. Being untouchable is good with all the cc going around like 
My opinion... Fiora have true damage now yea but the R is my biggest problem.
I'll take the passive change, the Q change, and the W change, but there is no way that E and R are going to be worth a damn.
How in the hell could you ever hit all 4 zones with ult anyways? The current Fiora already gets kited to hell even with a huge move speed buff on E and her double Q. It's like RIOT doesn't even realize how hard melee AD champs have it in this mobility arms race.
I would much rather exchange the healing zone on R for a CD reset if we are going to be forced to lose the untargetable ult.
