Not a discussion about their balance, they're just really really teemo-level annoying to play in a lane against. It never feels like you're winning even if you're really winning.
No deal with it a lot of champs are annoying to play against, they don't deserve a nerf because they annoy you
They aren't going to be reworked because your complaint isn't based on anything. If you were really doing well against Yasuo or Riven, you'd be denying them extremely hard since they are melee only, squishy, and have no sustain. You know what a Yasuo does when he's behind in lane? Absolutely nothing. He just gets zoned off of every CS that doesn't reach his tower and you can bet he's about to be tower dove by the enemy laner and his jungler any minute now.
Play Swain, win lane. He shits on both of those champs if played correctly.
I personally find them quite fun to play against, because atleast you can outplay them because they have counterplay.
"Annoying" holds no value from a balance perspective. That is simply an opinion of the playerbase Aside from a full on rework, these champions will always feel annoying
Do not group Yasuo anywhere near Riven. His mobility is no where near as ridiculous as Riven's. He is also extremely item dependent.

i agree with you, its kinda hard laning against riven cause she has a lot of powerspikes during laning phase (1,2,3,6,brutalizer). but otherwise i have to say that these champions are not getting nerfed cause they are annoying to play against. they are just too strong in certain situations and overall.

When i see a Yasuo i use throw in 
If i see Riven i just begin the fun of ruining her day 
Riven: abuse her cooldowns Yasuo: dont fight in the minion wave. Fighting against Yasuo in minion wave is like letting Goku charge his SSJ3 form for 5 minutes and expecting nothing to happen at all.
