You have a lot of kills but also a lot of deaths. This usually points to either diving aggressively and getting 1 for 1 or failing to keep an early lead. Alternatively it also means you lose early but catch up mid/late, none of which are very good situations to be in. Since Veigar is immobile the best advice would be to try to play more conservatively and focus less on trying to dive the backline to QR them. Just let your frontline fight and provide peel with E and then launch an R at the enemy backline once the frontlines are down. The less you die the better, so just dial it back, Master of Evil~

Looking up your CS you average 6 cs a minute. This is very bad especially for veigar since you need to be getting a lot of ap from your Q by last hitting with it and harassing. You also die a lot like Hatsune mentioned, and I noticed that in none of your games do you actually have a defensive item. It could very well be because you are building too much offense and getting punished by cc or burst before you can get to a second rotation of spells. If you have cdr per level glyphs, use 6 of those and pick up something else instead of flat CDR glyphs as you are a scaling champion and the extra stats early in something other than CDR could help you a lot (extra AP for example).

We also don't have any replays of your games. I'm sure that if you looked at your own replays, you could see situations where you played badly and could correct it. We also can't see what phase of the game you are failing in, but based off your very low damage numbers, I am guessing that you tend to get caught a lot in the mid and late game and wind up being a non factor in games, or are getting stomped in lane and having trouble recovering.

Bronzie here but I've been playing veig a lot lately and been trying out stuff with him. And I play vs gold and plat on another acc. I think overall I played more aram than norms with him, as I go for Xerath more in Norms and Ranked, cus I just feel I can roam and gank more with him, due to his ult. Just walk half river and if bot has some CC, even better to land ur ult. As for Veig, I just like his stacking, it's pretty neat in low elo :D And like I said, I've been trying out diff things, like runes, builds, and even spells. You, on the other hand, are pretty constant :P I sometimes struggle with ignite on him because if I'm close enough to use it, I'm close enough to die. I mostly do Barrier on mid mages (Cleanse can work too if you fear your laner's CC), and TP wasn't that bad on Veig, tbh. Recent games on probuilds show TP being used on him quite a lot, in tandem with top TP, so don't knock it til you try it.

Idk about your runes, but I started with 5 glyphs as mana regen, slooowly ditching one after the other. I'm saying this cus I see you keep your mana ring for the entirety of the game, and imo you don't need it after finishing morello... And I have the cdr branch in masteries so I can spam that ult late game. And speaking of builds, I sometimes start with the 350 mana item instead of that ring, but I can't say it always works. What else... After morello I get Luden's actually, but that's more on HA than SR. After that, void staff or deathcap even tho it should be last item, and as someone else mentioned, if need be, you can go slightly defensive with veig, unlike other mid mages, and get ap items with either hp or mr.

Ward wise, I can't see how many control wards you place, but it should definitely be more than 0. As for the free ones, get used to upgrading to the blue, farsight alteration, so you can ward from a safe distance.

CS wise, like others said, just farm that Q. Someone suggested I should farm all laning phase, like not even bother poking unless I'm sure I can get a kill, and just stack with Q as much as I can.

GL&HF!

I hate to burst your bubble but Veigar really isn't meta right now. He's in a sorry state.
