I know I am playing with Very Low settings but before this Patch that didn't effect the Character Inking at all. I know a few other people have been experiencing the same thing, so what's going on? Did I miss something in the Patch Notes? Even if you aren't a Rioter, I'd appreciate your advice.

CLG Sakib2 votesHappens to me too but if i put higher resolution then it gets fixed idk maybe riot is punishing people with toaster pc's since we complained about the client :/

AccelShock1 votesPlaying with the Quality Character on Medium or + can show the inking. But you will lose some fps :( . Is a very rare problem because if you download a replay from op.gg you can see the inking working fine on "very low" and "low".
