FINALLY... Blitzcrank gets a nerf but its not enough
I cannot see why Riot cannot see how much "skill" Blitzcrank doesn't take. There are several issues with him.

First of all, his Q has a straight up BAD hitbox. I am not sure if this is intentional or Riot are just bad programmers (probably the latter seeing how many bugs
had when he came out). So from a technical standpoint, this ability is way too powerful, partly because of the broken hitbox on it. Same problem as
and
, that both have badly designed hitboxes as well. -
Second of all, his Q is too impactful as it pulls the enemy ALL the way to him. Rather then having a
and
"meet me halfway" approach, which seems more appropriate. His Q is one of the most toxic abilities in the game because it gives him a surefire kill for mostly luck. -
His ultimate has way too short a cooldown and is almost always up when he pulls somebody with his Q. It can probably stay that way but the silence should be removed as it prevents counter-play and that is the most annoying thing about him. Its on the same level as
's absolutely non-existent cooldown. -
He simply does NOT need the MS boost he has, its simply toxic because Blitz players can just abuse it to easily get in range and grab somebody. He could make do with not having an MS boost and having to aim carefully, like the rest of the skillshot dependent champions in the game.

He is a complete one trick pony which becomes less impactful as the game goes on. I understand that Riot want him to be a control support but I think his kit should be redesigned to have a less toxic early game and a less useless late game, so he can actually have some usefulness past 30 minutes in the game.
What he NEEDS is a full rework, not nerfs/buffs because he is simply one of the worst designed supports in the game, with a kit that has
syndrome. Either he's overpowered or he's complete useless. Its too polarising.
