Another CD item besides Morello?

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue yet but it seems that the only way to get 40% CDR for AP carry champs is to either get Morellonomicon or Athene's Chalice or a combination of the two. Since DFG was removed, could we get another AP damage item that gives CDR?
