From a balance perspective, could aesthetic consistency justify a model-size re-scaling?

Some models, given their wide silhouettes, cause those characters to become very small compared to others to retain their hitbox-size, even though you'd expect them to be human-sized. (Sona , Kayle) Others, who you'd expect to be much larger, remain relatively small for similar reasons. (Malphite)

Do you think a re-scaling of champion-models so the sizes are consistent, especially among human-sized characters, has enough value to justify the gameplay implications of bigger hitboxes? How much further could the size of large champions, like Chogath , Nautilus and Malphite, be pushed without breaking the game?

Nautilus isn't supposed to be anywhere near as big as a colossus like Cho-Gath. He's a human in a dive suit - well, he was human. He appears to be about the right size in game to me. I don't know why the New Dawn video made him gigantic. That was so weird.

The diving suit he wore in his release teaser was very different from the one he emerged in afterwards; I assume the black goo transformed him in many ways, including size. His title is the Titan of the Depths, after all. Maybe debris from the bottom, like sunken ships, added to his mass?

It is always within the realm of possibility when magic is involved. I knew someone would bring up his title, though. I win the bet I made with myself - now I get paid by me.

I think Sion has shown that tanks can be allowed to be huge. Having Naut/Malph/Cho scaled up to his size would be great thematically. I can't think of anyone else who deserves that size though, aside from like Mega Gnar who pretty much already is that large.
