My other account has been on dishonorable status for the past three months and ive been a good sport the whole time and i have no indication when it will go honorable.
When does it change ??

Same here. I literally get honored atleast once every game and am actively positive.
Yet I'm still at honor 0 "dishonorable" after 200 games.
Just talked to support their answer. "I'm sorry to hear you're still honor level 0. In order to level up, you need to play games where you are honorable. If you haven't leveled up yet, it might mean you haven't been very honorable in game. My best recommendation for you is to use chat less often. If you need to chat, make sure it is something strategic to helping your team. If it's not, it's better to say nothing."
I was "dishonorable" literally one game.
This is more of a punishment more then a rehabilitation. Disgusting.

Odd. I got honor level 3 literally 3 days after my suspension ended. Either something is wrong with the system, or you're just not as honorable as you'd like to believe. Maybe a lot of people report you secretly. It's better to not say anything and not offend anyone.
I've been honor 0 since early September.
So it depends on what caused you to be dishonorable in the first place.
If you had like a 14 day ban, then you've got on average 90 days based on what Tantrum has said on another post he commented on regarding a 14 day ban.
If you were put on dishonorable for other things like harassment or negative attitude, it will continue to kick you back every time the instant feedback system finds you guilty of harassment or negative attitude.
Pay EA, I mean Riot, what they say.
I would also like to note that while I just criticized Riot and their punishment analysis system (or lack thereof), a mod immediately came to do damage control. We have yet to see him over here.
