Don't know why this isn't a thing. And I have NO CLUE why it would be taken away to begin with. But please make it a thing where I can honor enemy team mates? It's been too long, and it was a kind of (in my unprofessional opinion) dumb move.
I know....the other team usually should be honoring someone on my team for carrying them.
You could honor anybody you wanted in the old system, the difference is that honors didn't matter back then, it just added to the 3 honor counters that could be seen on your profile, I assume they limit honors to one person (that one person being a teammate) because now honors are linked to rewards.
