Explain to Me Why Neeko has a Stun.

Seriously though, why not? She's a mage who's entire kit can be dodged. Even the stun in question can be dodged. Giving a mage a dodgeable kit with no form of CC is a death sentence.

Immobile champs tend to have CC.

However the fact that it's on an ability with high base damage AND a high AP ratio and is AoE is nutty. Not to mention she can hide the initial charge of the ability by using her W or being in passive so you will not see it coming until the last second.

Riot did say that they're closely monitoring her ult so there's that.

I understand her Ult is kind of overloaded but it takes her 3 seconds to charge so the Counter Play is really huge more than half of the champions in the game can counter her and she has Huge counters from each role and those champions with displacement can really give her hard times and make her mess her combo up from adc we got Mages Junglers Supports Assassins Using his Ult when she Ults and she is fairly weak against Bruisers/Tanks Tho nerfing the Ult numbers a little won't be bad Her ult doesn't do much when you have MR it's only a threat to immobile adc like Ashe who can't really build MR but still can be played around

Because mages are the worst designs in the game

Because she is Lux and Zyra 2.0

->Immobile champion ->any form of CC ->????????????? I feel liker her E is easier to play around than zyra or lux snare. Also you can easily get out of her ult range if ur not a bonobo that got snared.

Every burst mage has some form of CC.

All of them also lack any blinks/dashes.
