Does Nexus Blitz have MMR?

Cause I'm kind of tired of the game being dependent on who gets less silver and bronze players. The game is a joke and not very fun if its just me with 4 v 5 silvers. The game is straight up impossible if I end up with some Bronze 4 versus more than 2 Gold +. Do I need to win more games to face better opponents.
