@Riot regarding the mage update

I know this has been discuss and according to Riot it's later in the future after Taric's rework but still before all the changes happen remember this.

The mages don't need to completely change for the most one or two things need to change to make them .

For example is a near perfect character. I get from her kit that she is a plant theme caster and a zoner and her kit does it well besides of course her passive. While it fits her lore it doesn't fit her kit. So give her a passive that somehow compliments her theme and boom she is perfect.
