I am Bronze IV now, but I kept seeing silvers in my promos making it hard to climb up. Why am I getting placed with people who are supposed to be above my skill level? Is this elo hell?
Odds are if you're seeing Silvers on the enemy team, your MMR is placing you about in silver.
They are at your skill level, just not at your rank.
You have had Silver 5 on your team as often as you have seen them on the enemy team according to your match history. Playing Leona top and not CSing may be contributing to your losses more than what rank the people in your games are. Just sayin.
Judging by your 35% winrate and extremely bad KDA and CS I would assume you are at your skill level or worse...higher.
I don't mean to be insulting when I say this btw, only meaning you have only up to go from here, your gonna have to earn your silver.
Silver 5 is basically bronze. As the other guy is saying, you need to fix your mistakes more that are yielding your bad kda and cs.
if the system detects that you are not good enough you will be placed with players of your skill level as time goes on. Just see it as a Challenge and try your best. Silver is not really "good" either and you should be able to compete if you follow the "basic league rules".
