April 1st could be a special day for trolling. All punishments could be removed that day, and so people would appreciate all riot has done to help the community. It would also encourage a long tradition of practical jokes on April Fool's Day.

Might as well place a giant disclaimer on that day telling people,
"If you wanted to play League of Legends, don't play today. You're not going to get a real game of league."
Imo toxic players will abuse it to hard flame in all of their games lol

The only thing I can think of that would be a worse idea would be creating a time machine, traveling back to 1986, and convincing my parents to abort me.
Other than that, worst idea ever.
