I think it would help out Kha'Zix a lot during late game teamfights if his evolved R (Void Assult) gave him bonus armor/health/magic resist. This could help him get to an enemy's back-line more easily, as well as make it safer to get right up in a carry's face during a fight.

It could instead give bonus armor/MR. This way, it would still help in reducing damage, but it could be countered (with penetration).

Tristanl0l2 votesim pretty sure evolved R gave 40% flat damage reduction, and people were evolving r first and surviving a lot because of it.
l Helios l1 votesThe only issue us an assassin with 3 invisibilities who now has an easier time getting to the back line. Considering current juggernaut build paths, it's perfectly reasonable that Khazix would follow a similar path.
I'd say make the base duration 2s and the evolved 3s personally. Vision is key now and not many people late game will have pinks. No pinks = easy food for a bug
