Half the roster can't make use of the base stats the tree provides. Attack speed is a wasted stat for most champs. Yet the PBE seems to give the tree 20% mana on a kill/assist like old morello. 5-30% Tenacity. And more runes that are outright better than their non-adc-tree counterparts. Barring 0 kills games of course. But when was the last time you saw one of those?
I think it's to make people pick a suboptimal secondary tee if they want it. It'll just be taken every single game if put in sorcery or inspiration. ADCs arent going to take it

That is not the best mana sustain for some champions and this change is a severe nerf to said champions. I hate this change as a Taric player. Taric can spend about 600 mana in 7 seconds. That's more than his entire mana pool until he reaches level 8. The presence of mind change will make my early game way weaker.
