Twitch is free this week, and we all know aram favors weekly free champions. Very rarely do you find someone who doesnt know how to play twitch, and oracles, unless you are a tank are pretty useless against him in aram. I assume there are other champs people would like to ban and the bans were a nice QoL.
Bans were being exploited by 5 man premade ARAM teams with like rosters so... probably not.

Isn't Oracle's useless against him regardless? Twitch's invis is Camouflage, which means nearby enemy champs can already see him. Oracle's is redundant, unless it marginally extends that vision range or something.
