Address the Smurf Users in Ranked, its getting old and riot has some brilliant people so this should not be to much of a problem, to fix.

How about a report a smurf button?

Or those found to have lied about their experience when they made their account, you know beginner, novice, advance or what not to the game style, will get banned or be unranked for that season, only if they lied about their experience when the game asks, upon first login.

There needs to be a punishment for those that purposely abuse the matchmaking system for their own gain and satisfaction, while taunting and putting down other players.

The thing is the game doesn't change based on what you picked at all. I have made smurfs and I don't play to troll but some people who make smurfs feel like its either the fastest way out of bronze [for me it was] want more practice [playing with no runes against bots = great practice] and some want to play with friends who are starting without handicapping them [all applied for me.]

No matter what button you pick the people act generally the same to be honest. Stick to bots for early levels if you are 100% brand new. Gather up basics from tutorials guides and mechanics mastery. IF you are feel brave do intermediate bots.

Yes there should be punishment for those who purposely abuse the matchmaking system but to be honest unless they are boosting someone in ranked matchmaking really is not all that good in teh first place despite what you think.
