Why should J4s E-Q ignore all CC? Why? For example morg's magical root that's supposed root you in place and he simply ignores it and completes his dash.
What about veigar's cage? Correct me if I'm wrong please, but I'm sure it ignores it too when it's supposed to ignore dashes.
So why should j4 ignore anything that stops any other dash?
Deep Terror Nami3 votesDashes are not stopped by stuns/roots. They will continue to their destination if already cast, and will be stunned/rooted for the remaining duration. One of the most obvious examples of this is Tristana getting hit by Morg binding, though it's consistent across them all.
What stops a dash is displacement, such as a pull or knockup.
I don't think J4 is ignoring Veigar's Event Horizon.

It's also part of how the spear/lance/J4 Q isn't coded as a dash, only when interacting with a flag. This means that J4 can Q while snared/Rooted and still be able to dash around. All because it's coded as a self-inflicted knock up.
