Will Nocturne be Touched in the Assassin rework? @Reds

So I remember reading somewhere (Can't remember if it was reddit or the boards here) that after the Mage rework, Riot would switch their attention to mass rework assassins.

Anyways, I do know that a couple of them ( ) will for sure be touched on, but I have some questions about

While his main role is considered assassin, many people refer him to a fighter. And I do agree with them, yeah he becomes one of the best divers mid-late game, but he doesn't PLAY like an assassin. He doesn't have significant burst, he doesn't have a way to pull out once he goes balls deep ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) like some assassins ( has his blink, with shadows, has his ult, also has ult or he just oneshots someone before they fight back.) I mean it could be argued that he could use his Duskbringer to gain the move speed and back out, or use Youmuu's active, but that's unreliable when this is the League of Mobility.

So my question is: Will be given a full rework to his kit, a mini rework, or not touched at all?? Will he still be able to jungle AND lane, or will he be exclusively a laner/jungler? And, if you could, what would you change about his kit?
