Riot and there URF comment

So riot went ahead and said they wouldn't give the majority of the community what they want because they are losing players after normal URF was over couldn't this basically be seen as them saying hey you cant have it because we might lose money i took it was riot wants more players who could be willing to put money into the game and if they lose players over something obviously they are going to change it. i just wanted to address this and see how others feel because it kinda makes me just wanna quit league until riot changes there ways. (also there balances to champs)
