i know im a very verbal and toxic player but i dont understand how i can not rage in ranked at the people who do stuff on purpose to get you there plz help me.

Shorter, perhaps. Not necessarily better though. Some people get frustrated easier, or have other things weighing on them. It's not my place to tell them they lack sufficient self control (since I don't know their specific mental state or outside circumstances) but it is appropriate for me to suggest finding other outlets for their frustration.

The implied assumption there that all players who get behavioral punishments lack self control or are inherently problematic is something I personally think harms reform more than it helps. Some maybe just need to find the right way to manage their emotions

You and I may just handle frustration differently. I often agree when the thing in question is a thing. I actively try other options when the thing in question is a person. :)

Well, as a magical genie composed mostly of vapor, I guess you're technically correct!

I'll disagree with the assumption that venting frustration at a person is the same as having a backbone though. It's possible to stand up for yourself without attacking another individual. :)

When was the last time you "took it out" on your computer because it frustrated you? Did it work any better after that? Don't pretend you've never triggered sticky keys, did you take it out on the shift key because of it?

You can't go far in this world if your first reaction is to lash out at whatever frustrates you.

Actually I have never triggered sticky keys and m first reaction is to calmly assess the situation and if I can see there is little to no hope for the person go after them more, I don't start typing until 15-20 mins into the game

this. it's literally pointless to bitch at your teammates because you also make dumb mistakes and are nowhere near a perfect player. i've won games with 0/11/0 top laners and lost games to the same thing. just realize that one mistake or setback isn't the end of the world. it's likely the enemy team will throw at some point, so just use that as your win condition in rough games.

thanks for the feedback i try most games but my biggest issue is i had this shyvana jungle one game i told her help out bot im fine top even tho i was feeding but our bot lane was doing good so i wanted them to do better and just me stack as nasus and instead she kept coming top and taking my waves so i said shyv plz stop and so did my duo partner and she continued then she said that i can f myself for feeding and continued to steal my waves as i asked to stop i muted her and didnt make anything better then she proceded to run into the enemy team and int and the whole team said to report her i get mad at things like that simply because she was trying to put the whole team on tilt and she told my friend in chat that she wont get banned for trolling said she has done it to toxic people many times before.

again, just focus on yourself. you can't do anything about people who are griefing or feeding. typing about it doesn't take away these problems. the best thing you can do is take a deep breath (im serious, take one, or two, or five) and you'll calm down. being toxic is a reactionary thing, but once you learn to take those deep breaths and not give in to those reactions, it'll be easier and easier to just not type anything negative. i would suggest /mute all EVERY game and just play to IMPROVE & don't tunnel vision so hard on your LP. focus on what YOU could have done better in X situation, or in X game in general.

LMAO so losing 12 games in a row, and majority of those games I did well, is just a coincidence
