i know im a very verbal and toxic player but i dont understand how i can not rage in ranked at the people who do stuff on purpose to get you there plz help me.

You can simply not type. Find another outlet for your frustration.
You should start by accepting that other people make mistakes, just as you do. Not everybody is feeding on purpose
