@RIOT When Will Thornmail Have A Place In The Game Again?

With so much life steal ,offensive MR items and Armour penetration you'd think Riot would consider making an item like Thornmail which was niche before but now useless on nearly everyone except Rammus and Malphite against a mostly auto based team at least kind of viable.

If rushed by its self it deals atleast 25 magic damage and to put it in perspective steals 20 magic damage worth of health so if your adc has a dorans and you shield him he will not take any damage from Thornmail. Rammus's W at rank one gives 40 Armour and 40 MR and reflects 25 magic damage (+ 10% armor) so that's really how poor Thornmail is by it's self.

The fact it scales off bonus armour when armour is a terrible thing to stack in this META with all the armour penetration, lethality, true damage and armour penetration kits like . Not to mention if you do indeed build it for let's say the ADC then if they have an AD caster of their team it's basically useless against them. just to name a few.

I know Riot feels like adcs are weak right now but it's not the tanks with thornmail killing them it's the one shotting them or the killing them with 1 E. Even Rammus can be dueled by nearly any adc if they have 1 life steal item and it's just stupid.
