Proposed Lissandra Mini-Rework

I know there has been tons of talk about Lissandra and finding a meaningful passive to go along with her kit; So I have proposed the following.

Her current model is Utility Mage, focusing on CC and burst damage. I think being a Powerfully Ice Witch she should be able to master her abilities, allowing her to be a Burst Mage or Utilty Support Mage; so here it is:

Lissandra, The Ice Witch

Passive (Black Ice Mastery): Lissandra masters her abilities as she seems fit to shift the battle into her favor. When Lissandra maxes an ability, she chooses whether to enhance all of abilities with either utility or damage. (This cannot be undone and chosen for all abilities when the first ability is maxed)

Q (Ice Shard): Throws a spear of ice that shatters when it hits an enemy, dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and slowing Movement Speed by 16/19/22/25/28% for 1.5 seconds. Shards then pass through the target, dealing the same damage to other enemies hit.

Mastery: Burst Damage - Increase AP Ratio from 70% - 100% and Lowers the Duration of MS Slow from 1.5s - 0.75s;

Utiity - Lowers AP Ratio from 70% - 50% and Increases CONE of shattered shards by 20%.

W (Ring of Frost): Freezes nearby enemies in ice, dealing magic damage and rooting them. Deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage to nearby enemies and roots them for 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds.

Mastery: Burst Damage - Reduces Cooldown by 1.5 seconds per enemy champion hit;

Utility - Increases Stun Duration from 1.5s - 2.0s.

E (Glacial Path): Lissandra creates an ice claw that deals magic damage. Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location. Casts an ice claw that deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies hit.Reactivating this ability transports Lissandra to the claw's current location.

Mastery: Burst Damage - Enemies hit by Glacial Path take 20% increased damage from Lissandra’s Abilities for 3 seconds;

Utility- Option 1) Utility - Allies that Glacial Path passes through get a X% Movement Speed Boost towards enemy champions or turrets;

Option 2) Utility - Increases maximum range by 150 unites and reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds;

R (Frozen Tomb): On Enemy Cast: Freezes target champion solid, stunning it for 1.5 seconds. On Self Cast: Lissandra encases herself in dark ice for 2.5 seconds, healing for 100/150/200 (+30% Ability Power), increased by 1% for each 1% Health she is missing. During this time Lissandra is untargetable and invulnerable but is unable to take any actions.Dark ice then emanates from the target dealing 150/250/350 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage to enemies. The ice lasts for 3 seconds and slows enemy Movement Speed by 30/45/75%.

Mastery: Burst Damage - Targets remaining in the frozen field for 2 seconds are then frozen and take the same damage as the primary target without emanating again.

Utility - Self Cast is changed to Ally Cast. If casted on an Ally, the Ally is encased in Ice Armor, taking reduced damage for 3 seconds and basic attacks stack slowing the enemy by 15% (max 5 stacks) for 1 sec. Stacking resets basic attack enhancement duration up to a max of 5 seconds.

What do you guys like about or hate about it? Numbers are not 100% just an Idea; A way for Lissandra to command the battlefield as either a Burst Mage or a Utiltiy Support Mage.

they already have a proposed change to her passive that looks pretty sweet. It's when an enemy dies within 3 sec of being damaged by her they turn into a statue that explodes for big damage and slows after a second or two.

The utility option on E- Glacial Path needs work. Her Q- Ice Shard already slows people and slows do not stack in the current iteration of the game. Only the strongest slow applies. The only way to actually benefit from the 20% slow for 1.5 seconds that refreshes as-is would be to max Q, choose the damage option, then max E and choose the utility option. You'd get a 28% slow for .75 seconds, followed by a 20% slow for .75 seconds after that (the 1.5 refresh timer would start ticking with the application of the 28% slow from Q). While that could work, I think overall it would feel clunky to play with and against as the enemy champion would be slowed by differing amounts that does not drop off smoothly.

Nunu's ult increases slow over time, based off the duration an enemy is in the AoE; Nasus Wither increases MS slow and AS slow over time as well. Ashe Passive- Frost Shot, has a decaying slow on critical strikes. These three champion's slows give better clarity as to how their enemy's movespeed is impacted by their abilities, as opposed to a 28% to 20% to nothing to 28% to 20% to nothing over the course of 4.5 seconds.
