Champion Portraits Portraying Skins

Just an Idea that would make the game more dynamic in terms of engaging with players:

Can we have different champion portraits (the circle with the head of the champion in it by your health bars etc) portray the exact skin you are using.

For example: I want to play Snow Day Bard. During Champion Select my team and the enemy team can see the skin I am using, so my adc changes to Snow Day Sivir to match :D. this would help with interactions in champ select without having the interactions in chat for any number of reasons they choose not to talk in chat.

Also this would give an avenue for a future of animated champion portraits etc as options for skin tiers... idk rambling here.

I just think it would give character :D
