@Riot KateyKhaos @IronStylus Leona Legendary Skin!!

Ok... First off Love all the skins you guys make (Katey + team) I own them all :D. But i think Leona deserves some loving. When it comes to "Legendary Skins" you have to first look at a champion and see what particles etc could be changed and put time and effort in to make it stand out better than the original skin! With that being said here is where I suggest that you guys could make:

1. Leona could have a Tron like/Mecha theme. It could be close to an Arcade theme but the tier of Arcade skins is around 1350 RP. Either a Gundamlike skin I attached or a Tron theme (Black/Grey with Red Lines)
2. Her Q; on-hit makes a Spark that radiates from the opponent
3. Her W; when activated (a swirling pixelation vortex forms and creates a shield); on detonation, makes a "tremor like" ripple under leona that expands and fades.
4. Her E; by far my favorite, Mecha - She Matrix Styles moves to the opponent with jets on from pic; Tron - as she activates her E, she lowers into a bike riding position ( http://metrouk2.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/ad_141488088.jpg ) and then dashes to opponent with bike trail.
5. Her Ult; Mecha - A flash of yellow static energy hits the ground and discharged sparks remain on field as cosmetic animation for the duration of the stun. Tron- A Red Pixelated Cyclinder drops down on top of enemies and leaves a black circle on the ground with a Red Ring during the duration of the stun.
