How To Save Jungle and Stop Funneling Strat

So we all know now the infamous funnel strat; in most games people find it very hard to counter someone who is very far ahead. Though the idea to pressure the side lanes in order to have your team ahead is still not a worthy trade off. As this pushes another laner into a state of a secondary support which as we all know, is not fun to play as, both as and against. I have idea though that instead of directly nerfing the champions who can be funneled or help funnel. As this hurts the lane variation of these champs it can kill certain play styles with Taric being weaker as a support in lane and throughout lategame and Lane Yi or early game Yi unable to shove the wave fast enough. I propose we introduce a new passive effect on the jungling items to help keep jungle a place for junglers that want to gank on the enemy lanes and win off of skill than win off a gold lead that transitions into lanes. Note that these are ideas and can be tailored or changed in order to make the game more enjoyable. As funnel strategy might stay as a viable way to play a game. These are only opinion and options on how to help.

New Passives- Experience through use: Nearby allies cannot gain xp or gold when assisting on jungle camps unless they have a jungle item as well; the killer gains 2/3rds of the xp and 2/3rds of the gold

Easy Prey takes no skill: Killing lane minions only grant 1/4 of the xp with the rest transferred over to nearest ally champion and only 1 gold is earned. Gold is instead transferred to the nearest ally, or is dropped as gold coins that can be picked up. Optional- Smithereens!: A jungle monster cannot be smited within 3 seconds by a nearby ally champions with smite other than epic monsters. A unit already smited will not grant hp if smited by another ally champion unless it kills the target.

It should be allowed, but not at the degree that it's currently at. Most professional teams agree that it's the most powerful strategy right now. Teams that don't run it just have an inability to, and that's been proven overtime. It's real strength shows in solo queue, because there isn't enough communication to actively shut the strat down. It becomes overbearing just because you're not constantly in coms with your teammates

Xp and gold already only go to the person who last hit the camp

decrease the fucking respawn timers, gold and xp from jungle monsters, so junglers have to actually farm the jungle and dont have too much time in their hands to the point where they can clear and then just farm other lanes between camp respawns.

riots hard on for junglers nonstop ganking lanes is what brought us into this situation.

throwing half the jungle gold and xp onto scuttle crabs didnt fix the jungle.
