Bug Splat Bans me from playing due to "Dodge"

So I decided to go play a game and once I have gone into champion select out of nowhere my client closed; appearing bugsplat to report a problem. I didn't think nothing was wrong so I clicked out of it but after logging in again I had a message saying I am unable to play due to "Dodging" though I did not purposeful clicked to close the client nor it was not in my control. Is there anyway to remove this from my account because I don't want to have it happen again and be banned for hours or days. Is there anyway around this that can be implanted to prevent further cases?
