yea I noticed that in PBE, while assassins were in the process of being changed, if you Ult then try and vault over walls you complete leave invisibility, kinda of a awkward feeling and I'm not sure if its intended or not.

It is intended, unfortunately. Then again I'm honestly starting to think Talon is one of the strongest assassins atm, along with the lethality buffs I think he shouldn't get any changes otherwise he might become OP.

It breaks his invisibility because he isn't supposed to be highly mobile while unseen. He can't be detected by Control Wards for his ult, so he would be incredibly busted if he could gank the lanes without any forewarning.

if thats the case he shouldnt be able to activate ghostblade or mobis when Ult is active, and he can gank lanes without any forewarning, he can simply do the opposite by Vaulting over wall then Ulting same conclusion, I am talking about escaping while invisible,

which would be just as broken however his Vault is pretty broken as it is honestly, high cd or whatever, being able to just escape when you want is braindead.
