@Riot, u handled singed/nunu issue in an "unofficial" and sloppy way. Reconsider and settle it.

Riot fails to settle this issue with their responses, causing turmoil, even more toxicity, and division in our community. Simply their stance in this issue does not convince anyone that its right. This issue is not closed at all. Its yet wide open and u gotta step up and do something. Maybe u should truly reach out to the community once again and hear us. Start by looking at the upvotes/downvotes upon these threads. You say community decides what is acceptable or not in League of Legends. Then why dont you see from the immense amount of upvotes at the banned player's threads, and the immense amount of downvotes in each red reply in them ? the nunu thread atm has +800 votes and the red reply has -450.

POINT 1 Riot's official stance on this issue is that the off-meta aka trollpick smite support nunu (or singed or some other) player, was causing frustration tilt and negativity to his teamates in his games. Simply put, he created a toxic environment in most of his games. This is a fact indeed. So, riot thinks and acts : some1 creates toxicity in many of his games ->HE does something wrong -> punish him. Thats what's happening here, no deny. Riot's main argument is that although the player tried to communicate and explain his team what his strategy was, not all of his teammates agreed to it. But that aint right. Galileo also caused turmoil in his time, for proposing something unconventional. It doesnt mean it was HIS fault the hate and toxisism he brought with it. In the exact same way, its not nunu/singed-player's fault that they cause a toxic environment in many of their games. Its the other player's fault, that they tilt and that they refuse to understand how the for example support nunu with smite works. If they fail to see how it works, its their fault, not nunu's. Their iq is low, not nunu's. They are the weak player, not the nunu one. When both singed and nunu players were 100% on explaining their team how they main what they do, how it works and how they try their best to win, and still some1 tilts and flames them refusing to accept that off meta unconventional pick, then its not their fault.

POINT 2 > Playing off meta picks and strategies is allowed, as long as everyone in your team agrees to it?

Lets be honest here. In 90% of your RANKED games you won't find all 4 of your teammates agreeing to have a "trollpick" in their team such as nunu or singed support with smite. This solely means, that playing off meta picks etc in ranked WILL lead to punishments and possibly to your account getting banned.

But what is off meta and what is in meta ? There is no clear definition nor separation yet of that term. Why is singed and nunu support with smite considered off meta, when ziggs bottom in place of adc isnt ? when mf/mages at support role arent ? etc Ill tell you. Meta is something that defines what is the best way to play a game in order to win it. And because meta is more chances of winning, meta eventually becomes famous and most players want it and play around it. Why picking nunu smite support is not meta and creates frustration ? Because players dont know it. its off meta. it doesnt mean they know it and it is bad. no. Chogath the champion is known (as all champs are) yet he is bad and sits at a pathetic 43% win ratio. He is off meta.

So, azir has 42% win ratio at mid lane. (nunu player with smite at support has 53%.) by "definition" azir is out of meta. Riot means that, for example, every time some1 in a game wants to play azir, unless all 4 agree to it, he can get banned?

BAD NEWS TO ALL CHOGATH/AZIR/LISSANDRA and more. IF U KEEP PLAYING THAT CHAMP U WILL EVENTUALLY GET BANNED BECAUSE ITS OFF META AND THAT MEANS MOST OF YOUR TEAMATES WILL NOT WANT IT IN THEIR TEAM SINCE THEY HAVE LESS THAN 45%.

And i come back to my last argument "Playing off meta picks and strategies is allowed, as long as everyone in your team agrees to it". So, since off meta picks and strategies are something not defined and specific, Noone can pick a champion unless the entire team agrees to it, right ?

If u banned nunu and singed support with smite Players, not for picking something off meta, but for failing to play what their team wants, then EVERY player can get banned. Some1 picks trynda/quinn or some other squeeshy champion at top when his team calls for a tank ? he gets banned. Some1 picks ad mid into a full ad team while his team cries for ap mid ? ad mid banned. etc.

Riot do you realize how hard u failed to settle this issue ? You are starting a nazism inside league of legends with your statements and your standing. Imo you should revert all those bans to these players and others for maining off meta "troll picks" with positive win ratios over multiple games, and instead of condemning them publicly and making it worse, endorse them! and make less players flame them in ranked games.

Dont punish these off meta players. Punish those idiots in their team for at least being negative towards them. thank you.

p.s. sorry for wall of text and for bad english, but ever since support singed case, riot fails to handle it properly and i find them very relaxed about this as if they settled and solved it, when they obviously did not, and that tilts me.
