Lucian is one of the most fun ADCs in the game but he has been nerfed into near pointlessness. He is my favorite ADC but out classed by nearly everyone other ADC. I feel like the one thing that would make him viable again is making his attack range 550 again.

SlaktarTasken1 votesLucian is supposed to be a lanebully but get's served by pretty much any and every adc because his passive is plain trash at early levels and doesn't start to have an impact until lategame where he pretty much get's outscaled by <insert support>.
His range is pathetically low, his mobility is mediocre, and his burst is so easy to evade it's a joke as he's 100% skillshot.
He was more or less intended to counter lategame hyperscaling carries like Vayne and Kog by simply dominating them early, and despite getting a buff, he's still trasch tier. They buffed his lategame, where he's sub-par anyway, while pretty much doing 0 for his early game, where he badly needs help. Personaly, I love this champ, he's hella fun to play, but let's face it, he just fucking sucks massive donkeyballs so picking him is detrimental, he can't deal with Jinx, can't deal with Cait, can't deal with Vayne or any other meta adc, so why even fucking bother. Riot logic at it's finest, buff champs where they don't need it and call it a job well done. claps
