I mean this thing -> item 3009. I swear I have never seen this being built in my games.... Or even on stream highlights. Soooooo what gives?

Because if she gets item 3117 then she'll lose all of her movespeed once she enters combat, which is really bad for her W passive % movespeed.

Doesn't her W passive give attack speed though?

Also gives a phage-like passive which is super important to use in order to not get killed with her short range.

Heightened Senses PASSIVE: Attacking a Vulnerable target grants Quinn bonus % attack speed and bonus %movement speed for 2 seconds.

That.... sounds.... very interesting. I like the out of combat movement speed from Mobis but if the in combat speed is that good I might try it out.

I get them on Sejuani vs. teams with slows. With those and her passive she just laughts at slows.

tahm, talon and singed build it. but yeah it seems to be the least popular boot choice now.

It's nice if the enemy has slowing champs or rylais users like brand, plus it's good on people who slow themselves (vi/blitz) since it reduces the slow amount on yourself

What gives: In short, they got buffed so that people bought them and then got "You're not going to buy these anymore" nerfs. So it's relatively uncommon that anybody buys them and only do so in specific cases.

They are my favorite boots. i get them every game almost on my Mains, Lulu Talon Can't stand item 3117 personally.
