Arcade corki bugged?

Is it just on my end, or are Arcade Corki's auto attack SFX bugged? They dont sound anything like the skin spotlights video. I just picked up the skin so i cant confirm from experience, but the auto attack sounds just sound off when compared to that.

Yeah it‘s a bug. I love this skin but since it bugged it‘s not even funny to play with it. I hope they will fix it.
