Better nerf Riven for next meme? (Really wtf is she getting nerfed for now?)

While "better nerf Irelia" was a funny meme for a while, she was nerfed 4 times total then pretty much left alone until the last mini-buff. Riven has now been nerfed 5 times and tends to suffer at least 2 areas nerfed with each instance...

Nerfs- 1st) Base movement speed reduced to 320 from 325 Base health regen reduced to 10.4 per 5 seconds from 12 Health regen per level reduced to 0.9 per 5 seconds from 1 Ki Burst base damage reduced to 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 from 50 / 90 / 130 / 170 / 210

2nd) Base health regen reduced to 6 from 10.4 Health regen per level reduced to 0.5 from 0.9 Blade of the Exile Cooldown increased to 110 / 80 / 50 seconds from 75 / 60 / 45

3rd) Base attack damage reduced to 54 (from 56.7) Attack damage per level increased to 3 (from 2.7) Q - Broken Wings Damage per strike decreased to 10/30/50/70/90 (+40/45/50/55/60% total attack damage) (from 30/55/80/105/130 (+70% bonus attack damage)) E - Valor Shield duration reduced to 1.5 seconds (from 2.5 seconds)

4th) BASE HEALTH REGEN :: 5.5 per 5s ⇒ 2.5 per 5s E - Valor SHIELD :: 70/100/130/160/190 ⇒ 90/120/150/180/210

5th) (as of this patch) MOVEMENT SPEED 345 ⇒ 340 R - Wind Slash MISSILE SPEED 2200 ⇒ 1600

She was supposed to be a highly mobile fighter. She already has one of the lowest HP values of all melee units, she has a lower HP regen than just about anyone (beside the characters that have a heal/vamp built into them), she already suffered a mobility nerf to Broken Wings with one of the past 'adjustments' to her, her shield is one of the weakest and shortest lasting in the game (yes, it can be used slightly more often than others, but it's also exclusive to her, while most can be used to help your team otherwise) and now she has yet another movement speed nerf, while you buff Olaf's movement (which is already base 350).

The hell are you even trying to make her into Riot? Because you threw everything she was out the fuggin window at this point.

I'm not even speaking as a frequent Riven player anymore, but it's just sad to see the champ that got me started in League get thrown under the bus time and time again for really no reason. Even when she's fed (going off the last 6 months playing against her), she doesn't have the dominating presence that most other top laners, mid laners, or junglers do these days and once late game hits, she's just barely annoying enough to bother with before going after a tank.

Of note this is writing from perspective as her opponent, not playing her, I've never been good at playing her, but playing against her has been easy of late.
