Can We Talk About Rek'Sai in the Preseason

Ok, seeing as the Preseason is bringing some intense changes to jungle clears and who will have an easier time doing what, can we use this time to take a look at how Hunter's Talisman interacts with Rek'Sai's Q ability? Logically it should already properly give AOE regen with the item but it doesn't. However she's allowed to keep clearing however she wants because most camps can be easily done with a bit of AOE, although she does still get a bit low. With these new changes coming in Preseason Rek'Sai will essentially be limited to taking blue side and just red buff. In order to compensate I think we should make her Q properly interact with Talisman to give her a much easier time clearing, even if the start for her remains Machete it will add to her clearing once she fully upgrades Smite item. Thoughts? Sorry if I worded this terribly.
