seriously you broke the system i was gold 1 last season and im getting paired with bronze.... and leavers how does climbing the ladder help me now? im stuck in the thick of the worst players.... i can carry some games but comon top lane feeds 10 kills and every 2nd game theres an afk.
You're high Silver/low Gold MMR, there are no Bronze players in your games.
As a reminder, there was massive inflation last season, Gold 1 last season is equivalent to low-mid Gold atm.
Mathematically speaking, there is no such thing as ELO hell and you're just seeing the bad parts.
Mathematically speaking, you are in control of 20% of your games. The other 80% will be a perfect 50/50 w/l ratio (It depends on how many you play, obviously if you play one game it will only be a 100/0 ratio, you get my point)
i get the elo system it it takes alot of games to equal out. but afk and leavers need to bear the brunt of the losses they should gain the cumulative loss of lp for the team. as of now i have had 4 leavers and 5 intentional feeders in the span of 15 games. yes that might equal out but why should i have to climb out of a pile of poop when those loses are in most causes un-winnable. not on this account im staying away from it till i get the feel for players atm... so far the people seem to have forgotten how to play since last season.
