[ GamePlay] Cho gath Pathing and hitbox

ive notice it over the past 2 weeks, constantly getting hung up on minions and terrain, also im getting hit with abilities that are nowhere near me example would be vel Koz knock-up.. im not even in the circle and im still getting knocked up. i can reproduce this issue almost every game.
