I've had this happen in 2-3 games the last few weeks. It's annoying because it immedeatly makes you loose the game, and you cannot do anything about it. Why doesn't the remake function work? The player was obviously AFK - never moved, never purchased items, never did anything however there was no option to remake.
I remember this happening a while ago as well. Why isn't it fixed yet..?
Remake only works if they dont connect...
If I understand you correctly you believe they are "AFK," and by that you mean arent in the match. Remake will work if they dont connect, but if they do connect and then just get up and walk away, tab out and check Facebook, or idle as a form of griefing... you wont get a remake.
Dont underestimate the possibility that people queue up for matchs, and then just sit and watch the 4v5 loss play out and enjoy the rage. Some people will get their sick amusement that as much as the trolls that run down mid and die under enemy towers to grief/troll.
