can anyone confirm or deny that normal games has nothing to do with your mmr? or does it? does going 300 wins outta 2k games automatically place me bronze/silver elo for my placements?

Your MMR is separate for ranked games and normal games. Your normal game MMR isn't immediately calculable, but you can check based on the games you're in.

For example, This site Can give you the MMR of each team (Not player, entire team) when you're in a game.
