OCEANIA WEEK

just a question to a Rioteer,

do u have to PLAY on the OCE server for them to count? i think it sounds like a cool idea for the community etc and was wondering how come NA dont get something like that?

p.s rewards seem pretty cool and id like a champ/skin :)
