Spectator Champion Info

I know is probably was the last thing Riot is thinking about with how the Preseason is going (or rather, isn't going), but as someone who spectates more than they play, could we get an option where when we press C to see a Champion's info, we can press C again (just like in a live game) to see what runes were taken and the info on the runes? Right now, it's still only showing basic info unfortunately.
