Spectator Loading Screen Bug

Idk if anybody has reported this yet but this is a big one for me since I spectate a lot of games. If the game hasn't started yet (Pre 3min), and you click spectate, you can hear the loading screen music but everything else is just black. It's been like this since the new champ select has rolled out unfortunately.
