Should I buy Kled?

Kler is free this week, and I tried him out, I kinda like his kit and I'm looking for a top laner, but he might be nerfed soon, so should I buy him? If not, who else should I buy?

If you are not scared to engage, go ham, take risks, and make sacrifices, kled is not the champ for you
