I'm Bored, so I tried reworking Irelia

Passive - Ionian Fervor

Irelia heals for a portion of the damage she deals, increasing with each enemy champion near her.

Q - Bladesurge

Irelia dashes in target direction, dealing damage and applying on-hit effects to all CHAMPIONS she hits. She also reduces Bladesurges cooldown by 2 seconds per target hit. Does not affect minions and has a high base cooldown.

W - Hiten Style

Passive: Every 4th basic attack deals true damage

Active: Irelia disables her W passive for a few seconds and gains bonus Life Steal.

E - Equilibrium Strike

Irelia damages and slows target enemy. The damage is increased the lower Irelia's HP is, and the slow is increased the higher her HP is.

R - Will of the Blades

Irelia gains 4 blades to shoot as a skillshot (similar to live) these don't heal Irelia but do pass through minions, they stop on the first enemy champion hit, and cause Irelia's next basic attack against that target to dash to the target (kinda like Illaoi E). Blades don't do a lot of damage. Irelia can fire 4 blades but cannot mark and dash to a target more than once, however, previously marked targets can still block subsuquent blades.

Thoughts?

I think it'd be much better if the slow was stronger the healthier she was and the damage stronger the lower she was. This way she can use E as an initiate instead of just using it to poke for massive chunks in lane.

I like the ult idea, but I don't like the change on Q. You've given her more wave clear and a reliable dash escape.

I also don't like the fourth hit passive idea, just because making her W another passive is incredibly lazy and imo bad design. At least give it an active.

Remove the waveclear on Q, add a mark system on R so she can have several champions marked for dash, and this is nice.

Hello! Irelia main here!

RITO stated that the problem with irelia (as well as with all light fighters/divers) is that she engages, pressing the correct buttons in the correct order and the rest is stats check. IMO you do not change that. Also, IMO her Q reset and E stun/slow are part of her identity. These spells are the only reason for her to have any form of skill cap (which is now kinda average). Also - i do not like the idea of life-stealing fighter. League already has one - Aatrox, and he is ... meh. Pretty OP if viable, so RITO keeps him in over-nerfed state.

I actually like the idea of the ult. Kinda. I do not think that jumping of front-line on your way towards the squishies could work, but i like the idea of charges and applying some debuff, which is consumed. As long as you can apply it multiple times to one target with different effects every time. For example on first - your AA cause you to dash to him, at second - your E stuns instead of slows and so on. Because she has always been a good duelist and this this ult - she will be nothing like a duelist,
