Or, and just stick with me on this... What if we had low Prio matchmaking that stuck people who got multiple reports into a specified number of matches with OTHER people who were reported heavily. And they must complete these matches to count towards the removal of low priority. This way they would get lumped with eachother more often than with us, and would incentivize them to stop being trolls.

It's one thing if it's a Normals, it's another thing if you are forced to stay in a game with a Troll for your Promotional Series... I've had people pick Urgot Support because they 'don't trust a Bronze to carry' and then fed in lane.

They won't do that because it will take a ridicoulous amount of time before you get into a game. People dodge when they see an unfavorable teamcomp, lane matchup, a champion on their team who is perceived as weak, people who check on lolking if you are playing your main role, the enemy has an perceived OP champion, etc.

Riot has tested that once and came to the conclusion above and dodge penalties swiftly returned.

What about dodging is free ONLY when you're in promos?
